A receipt will be emailed with every payment made.
You are free to make part payments anytime before 60 days before the tour commences. This is when the final payment balance is due. For this tour the final payment being the balance outstanding must be paid by 9th February 2026.
As part of your booking, we ask that you send us a colour copy of your passport. We require you to have a passport expiring 6 months after the end date of the tour.
