If you are travelling solo, we will match you with a roommate for accommodation purposes. Should you prefer to have a private room, this can be accommodated to the best of our efforts with the extra charge of the calculated extra fee namely, the Single Supplement. This is only where a private room is available.
This fee varies for each hotel and the total Single Supplement for each tour is identified in the tour pricing details. We will keep this fee as low as possible while still maintaining the same level of comfort.
We will do our best to provide private rooms when requested, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.
If you have paid for private rooms via the total Single Supplement and we were unable to meet all of your requests, you will be refunded the particular Single Supplement portions that could not be fulfilled.
